intent was to leave the industry, I believe I have found a home at
and that I will be happy there.As with any transition, you start one good thing and leave behind another. I look forward to the new job but will very much miss our time together. Even though our meetings were often hard work I so enjoyed the meetings and looked forward to each of our visits.
You helped me learn so much about myself during the initial phase where we identified my skills, interests and past accomplishments. The way all of our work dovetailed into a new and very improved resume was just amazing. You also taught me so many new skills in terms of how to approach the job market, how to interview and how to negotiate a good package.
The Albuquerque job market is one of the most difficult markets I have ever encountered. Even with my new outlook, new resume and all of the things you taught me it still took me several months to find the right fit. During the time my emotions ran from positive to frustrated to felling like I would never find a job (sometimes the entire gamut in a single day) but you were always there to keep me balanced. You encouraged me when I was frustrated, shared my elation when the process worked and generally kept me moving forward if I stalled a little from time to time.
I will miss seeing you and want to thank you for all your help, encouragement and advice. I do not think I would have landed this job without the new resume and the skills you taught me. Thank you for all your help and for being there for me.
